A Dachshund's favorite toy

While Lily played with her new friends, Ani was a REAL Dachshund and chewed up the box that the Doxie boot-scraper came in.

As we prepare for the big house renovation, Sue has been packing up the nick-nacks. As a result Lily has been introduced to a ceramic Dachshund and a boot-scraper. She was disappointed that we didn't leave them out for her to "play" with.

The Germans VS the Italians......again !

Well, history does repeat itself. The girls (aka the Germans) went toe-to-toe (get the pun ?) with Sue's Favorite ( Italian) shoes. The results were very predictable. Actually I think that Lily started the carnage and Ani joined in after the fact. It seems that the shoe in question , fell into Dave and Mary's pool on Sunday and must've had a unique taste. Now, let's see, what could the girls find around the house with French, British, and or Russian links ?

Lily and Ani know that the Mom-Dog is always good for some entertainment, in the form of cloth scraps or dangling yarn.

Mom's craft hounds

Whether it's quilting or crocheting, The girls can be counted on to be there for support...and to run with any loose material/threads !

Laundry hounds

My girls are such great helpers. Of course that involves making sure that the underwear is ready for the owners.

Time for rehab.....Coke addiction

My Princess has a problem.....a Coke problem. Maybe she can room with Lindsay or Nicole. Actually she just loves to chew up the soda boxes.
